C’est pourquoi votre rôle en tant que soudeur(se)-monteur(se) chez Davie est critique. Relevant du/de la contremaître, vous soudez à l’arc, tracez, découpez, façonnez et assemblez les pièces selon plans et spécifications; vous réglez et entretenez vos équipements, remplacez les fils d’électrodes, posez les joints et travaillez avec patrons et gabarits pour garantir une exécution sans faille. Vous validez l’étanchéité, opérez les machines à profiler, assurez le montage, l’alignement et le redressement des composants, puis livrez des structures droites, solides et conformes aux normes de qualité et de SST. Votre expertise se voit, se mesure et se ressent : c’est elle qui transforme l’acier en confiance et qui permet à nos navires de performer, longtemps.

Salaire: 

  • Salaire de  33,41$/h pour les 1 000 premières heures, ensuite un taux de 37,11$/h.
  • Primes de soir (2,00$/h) et de fin de semaine (2,50$/h)
  • Prime frégate (navire militaire) : 1,25$/h peu importe le quart de travail
  • Heures supplémentaires majorées payées à taux double

Horaire de travail :

  • Jour:  semaine de 4 jours x 10 heures
  • Soir  : semaine de 4 jours  x 10 heures 
  • Fin de semaine  : semaine de 3 jours  x 12 heures (payé 40 heures)

Pour maintenir la qualité de nos opérations, vous devez détenir :  

  • DEP en soudage-montage OU ;
  • Expérience en soudage
  • Cartes CWB FCAW un atout
  • Réussite du processus d’enquête et d’obtention de l’attestation de sécurité exigée dans le cadre du Programme de sécurité des contrats du gouvernement fédéral. (Minimum de 5ans de résidence au Canada, sans interruption pendant 6 mois consécutif).
