Afin de soutenir cette expansion et d’assurer des estimations rigoureuses pour de nombreux projets en développement, nous recrutons un(e) estimateur(trice) appelé(e) à jouer un rôle clé dans la préparation et la réussite de nos projets.

TES FORMATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCES

  • DEC ou AEC en estimation de bâtiment, en technologie de l’architecture ou toutes autres formations pertinentes.
  • Excellente connaissance des matériaux de construction.
  • Expérience significative en estimation de projets de multi-logements.
  • Expérience comme chargé de projet en construction (atout important).


TES PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Participer à l’implantation et à la mise à jour de notre nouveau logiciel d’estimation en construction.
  • Consulter et analyser les plans et les devis (croquis, plans, devis d’architecture, devis d’ingénierie, évaluation sommaire ou détaillée) en s’appuyant sur les normes du Code national du bâtiment.
  • Relever les quantités de matériaux nécessaires pour l’exécution des projets selon les exigences et les besoins du client en fonction de la méthode et du type de construction.
  • Préparer une évaluation de coûts des matériaux, de la main-d'œuvre et de l'équipement.
  • Effectuer les recherches sur les matériaux à utiliser ainsi que leur mode d’installation.
  • Effectuer la saisie des différentes quantités recueillies dans le logiciel d’estimation afin d’obtenir les listes des matériaux à fournir et de valider les coûts de chaque projet.
  • Transmettre les informations sur les détails calculés nécessaires à la production et aux achats.
  • Effectuer le contrôle des plans à remettre aux clients afin qu’ils respectent le contrat et l’estimation.
  • Toutes autres tâches connexes.
