About the Role

Roof Rite Exteriors & Service Rite is looking for a dependable, hard-working Production Assistant to support our construction cleanup crew. In this role, you will ensure our job sites are clean, safe, and ready for work. While this is currently a part-time, temporary position without benefits, we are looking for standouts. Show us a great work ethic, reliability, and growth potential, and there is a clear path toward permanent employment with our team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Debris Removal: Clear out and safely dispose of trash, construction materials, and job site debris.
  • Job Site Cleaning: Thoroughly clean work areas, including wiping down walls, floors, fixtures, and other surfaces.
  • General Tasks: Assist site managers with basic setup, breakdown, tool organizing, and general labor duty as needed.
  • Safety Standards: Keep work environments hazard-free to ensure a safe workspace for all team members.
Requirements & Physical Demands

  • Physical Strength: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 50 lbs continuously throughout your shift.
