Job description

Territory Sales – Ideal for Former Law Enforcement – First Responder Market

If you’ve served in Law Enforcement and want to continue making an impact, this could be your perfect next chapter.

We are seeking a driven, disciplined professional — ideally with a background in Law Enforcement — to represent FirstResponderTaskForce.com, in a protected sales territory. You’ll exclusively serve those you’ve stood beside: LEO, Fire, and EMS personnel.

Former LEO’s excel in this role due to their professionalism, credibility with First Responders, and the ability to build trust quickly. An existing working knowledge of shift schedules and rotations are also invaluable in this role.

Position Highlights:

  • Represent a niche insurance product specialized for First Responders
  • Exclusive, protected territory — no competing reps
  • Utilize your background to build trusted relationships with Police, Fire, and EMS
  • Structured support, up front & ongoing training, and a dedicated office support team
  • Group presentations serving First Responders— NO door-to-door sales

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and master our First Responder specialized insurance product line
  • Learn our 6-step proven system & sales cycle to serve First Responders at agencies
  • Build relationships with agency leadership and personnel
  • Deliver a professional, focused, & scripted individual and group presentation
  • Maintain accurate sales & activity records via our provided CRM
  • Ensure compliance with insurance industry regulations and standards

Preferred Background:

  • Law Enforcement or other First Responder experience strongly valued
  • 1099/independent business ownership experience a plus
  • Confident, professional, & polished public speaking ability
  • Resilient, self-driven, & disciplined work ethic a must
  • Willingness to travel within your defined territory. There will be overnight travel
  • Insurance license not required to apply (must be obtained if selected for a territory)

Compensation:

This is a 1099, commission-only position with no base salary. Our proven model, specialized First Responder products, and exclusive territory structure allow driven individuals to realistically earn:

$100,000+ annual income meeting minimum standards
Top performers earn $300,000+

Group-setting presentations, not door-to-door or individual meetings, make the volume and income potential achievable with our model.

Next Step:

Want to continue serving in a different capacity than your former LEO work? You will be serving First Responders and providing them the highest level or protection and peace of mind, while building a business with significant income potential? Apply now to learn more.

By applying, you consent to receive text and email updates regarding your application. Standard message/data rates apply.
