Outside Sales Representative (Base salary + Uncapped Commission) - Company Vehicle
Earn $70,000-$92,000+ in your first year with a company vehicle, gas card, and uncapped commission.
Join a stable, recession-resistant industry with paid training and real career growth-no prior pest control experience required.
This position requires obtaining and maintaining all licenses (company paid exam fees) required by the California Structural Pest Control Board. Employment is contingent upon meeting and maintaining all applicable state licensing requirements.
What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll build relationships and generate new business in your assigned territory.
  • Prospect and generate new commercial customers
  • Conduct property inspections and recommend service solutions
  • Prepare quotes and close sales in the field
  • Manage and grow your sales territory
  • Deliver excellent customer service and follow-up
