The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic programs focused on AI. This role requires deep technical knowledge, a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a track record of driving large-scale sales-focused programs.

As a TPM, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing integration strategies, influencing both technical and business stakeholders, and ensuring seamless scalability to support our global operations.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with Amazon Advertising's long-term business and technical goals.
Stakeholder Influence: Partner with senior leaders, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, drive consensus, and deliver impactful solutions that scale globally.
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with engineering, product, GTM, Salesforce administrators to design and implement scalable, and efficient system architectures.
Data-Driven Decisions: Define KPIs and metrics to measure program success, identify areas for improvement, and provide transparent, actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the key connection point between engineering, business teams, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and seamless execution.
