What You'll Do
As a Scheduling Specialist, you'll play a key role in creating a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient. Your day-to-day will include:
  • Scheduling patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assisting with physician referrals to ensure patients get the care they need
  • Collecting and updating important patient information (demographics, insurance, and more)
