Be the First Point of Care in Helping Patients Get What They Need
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist I to join our Home Medical Equipment & Infusion team. In this role, you will be an important connection point between patients, providers, and care teams-helping ensure timely access to equipment and services that improve quality of life.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk and by phone for patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners
  • Answer incoming calls and provide helpful, professional support in a high-volume environment
  • Process referrals and service requests from Case Managers, Referral RNs, physicians' offices, ancillary services, and other referral sources
  • Coordinate and track orders for Home Medical Equipment & Infusion services to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update systems with patient and order information
  • Support daily office operations and assist with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment that supports patient care

What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
  • 1+ year of related experience preferred (healthcare, customer service, or office setting)
  • Additional experience with medical terminology, data entry, or pharmacy processes is a plus
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn
