Salary Range
The hourly rate for this position is $18.25/hr-$29.75/hr plus incentive bonus. The hourly rate indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. The Wealth Management Middle Office Specialist III plays an important role in delivering a smooth and seamless experience for our clients and front office teams. Acting as a key connection point between Front Office partners (Client Advisors, Account Administration Officers, Portfolio Managers, and Client Service Representatives) and Trust Operations, this position helps ensure day-to-day processes run efficiently and accurately.
In this role, you'll support a variety of core functions, including opening and closing accounts, maintaining account records, and coordinating the resolution of service requests. You'll also assist with vault-related activities and step in to support other Middle Office needs as they arise.
Success in this role comes from strong attention to detail, collaboration, and a willingness to jump in where needed. You'll work closely with a supportive team that values cross-training and teamwork to ensure consistent, reliable service for our clients and partners.
Key Accountabilities
Account Administration (Openings & Closures)
  • Open and close Wealth Management accounts accurately and within established timeframes
  • Verify required documentation and ensure completeness for each account type prior to processing
  • Enter and validate account data within the trust accounting system and release accounts once complete
  • Route new account requests to appropriate review or approval committees as required
  • Ensure all assets are distributed, transactions are complete, and final statements are issued prior to account closure

Middle Office Support & Service Requests
  • Monitor and respond to support requests submitted by associates through the designated service system (e.g., Get Support)
  • Coordinate, track, and ensure timely and accurate resolution of service inquiries
  • Perform account file maintenance and updates as needed
  • Route requests to appropriate partners within Wealth Management when additional action is required

Vault Administration
  • Process vault-related requests, including adding and removing assets from custody
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vault transactions
  • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure proper handling and tracking of physical assets
  • Route complex or specialized requests to appropriate parties as needed

Team Support & Collaboration
  • Partner closely with team members to provide backup coverage across all Middle Office functions
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and escalate issues when necessary
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on service excellence and continuous improvement

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a bank, trust, or financial services environment
  • Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft PowerPoint preferred
