Job description

Who We Are

Allied is an Environmental Solutions Company serving 10,000+ customers nationwide across Medical Waste Disposal, Hazardous Waste, Medical Supplies, Secured Document Shredding, and Solid Waste & Recycling services. We were recently ranked #16 on the 2024 Utah 100 list of the fastest-growing companies, and we’re just getting started.

We move fast, think big, and care deeply about doing things the right way. Our team is made up of people who are problem-solvers, team players, and builders at heart. If you like working with great people, improving processes, and being part of a company that is growing quickly, Allied may be the place for you.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Pricing Coordinator to support our Sales and Onboarding teams by preparing accurate, timely pricing for new customer opportunities. This role is an important connection point between Sales, Onboarding, vendors, and subcontractors, helping ensure pricing requests are completed efficiently and aligned with established pricing and margin guidelines. This is a great role for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and enjoys being a dependable resource for the team. The right person will be organized, responsive, and confident asking questions or following up to make sure information is complete and accurate.

What You’ll Do

● Field pricing requests from the Sales team and help provide accurate, timely pricing for growth opportunities.

● Gather pricing information from internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and other partners as needed.

● Apply established pricing and margin guidelines to support consistent pricing decisions.

● Review requests for missing or incomplete information and follow up with the appropriate team members.

● Maintain accurate pricing details, documentation, and related records in company systems.

● Support a smooth handoff between Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success.

● Communicate clearly with Sales and internal partners regarding pricing status, questions, and timelines.

● Help identify opportunities to improve pricing workflows, templates, and overall process efficiency.

● Escalate unusual pricing requests, margin concerns, or exceptions to the appropriate leader for review.

What You Bring

● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

● Comfort working with numbers, basic formulas, pricing information, and margins.

● Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

● CRM experience is a plus

● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests at once.

● Clear, professional communication skills.

● Ability to follow established processes while also asking thoughtful questions when something does not look right.

● Confidence working with Sales teams, vendors, and internal partners.

● A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed.

● Previous experience in pricing, estimating, sales support, onboarding, vendor coordination, or negotiation is a plus.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You’re the kind of person who likes things to be accurate, complete, and buttoned up. You can move quickly without losing sight of the details, and you’re comfortable following up with people to get what you need. You’ll do well here if you enjoy supporting a fast-moving team, solving small problems before they become big ones, and helping create a better experience for both internal teams and customers.

Why Allied Environmental

At Allied, you’ll be joining a growing company with a strong team culture and a lot of momentum. We care about doing excellent work, supporting each other, and building systems that help our team and customers succeed. As we continue to grow, this role will be an important part of helping us move faster, stay accurate, and create a smoother experience from Sales through Onboarding.
