Summary:

The Operations Coordinator supports daily business operations by coordinating administrative processes, improving workflow efficiency, and serving as a key connection point between customers, field teams, leadership, and internal departments. This role helps ensure operational tasks are completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with company goals.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operational activities to support field teams and business operations
  • Assist with scheduling, dispatch coordination, and resource allocation
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
  • Monitor workflow processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support communication between departments, managers, technicians, and customers
  • Assist with tracking performance metrics, productivity, and operational goals
  • Prepare reports and provide updates to leadership as needed
  • Manage administrative processes including data entry, documentation, and system updates
  • Assist with onboarding coordination, training documentation, and employee support
  • Support inventory, purchasing, vendor coordination, and supply tracking as needed
  • Help resolve operational issues by coordinating with appropriate teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, coordination, customer service, or related field preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems/software
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting field service, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar industries
  • Experience with scheduling, dispatch, CRM, ERP, or operational systems
  • Experience creating reports and tracking performance metrics
