Strategic Relationship Manager - Credit Connection & Pass-Through Programs

Role Overview

The Strategic Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding both CRIF's Credit Connection lender portfolio and the Dealertrack & RouteOne Pass-Through programs.

This is a highly strategic, growth-oriented role focused on maximizing lender relationships, driving platform adoption, increasing application volume, and expanding revenue across CRIF's full suite of products and services.

This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned lenders and partners while leading key initiatives including lender migration, digital contracting adoption, and pass-through processing expansion across both existing clients and external partners.


Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Credit Connection lender portfolio and pass-through partners
  • Build and maintain strong executive and operational relationships across lender and partner organizations
  • Conduct regular business reviews and lead joint growth planning initiatives
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention

Lender Migration & Adoption

  • Lead onboarding and migration from Credit Connection to CRIF platforms
  • Drive adoption of Digital Contracting across the lender base
  • Coordinate implementation efforts with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams
  • Ensure lenders quickly realize value and successfully adopt new capabilities

Revenue Growth & Expansion

  • Identify and close opportunities for CRIF Select Complete
  • Expand adoption of BPO services, Pass-Through processing, Dealer Management programs, fraud solutions, analytics, and future offerings
  • Develop lender- and partner-specific growth strategies to increase wallet share and recurring revenue
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations teams

Application Volume Growth

  • Partner with lender and dealer development teams to increase application volume
  • Expand dealer participation within lender programs
  • Support growth initiatives across new markets and dealer segments
  • Leverage Dealertrack and RouteOne ecosystems to drive incremental volume

Credit Connection & Pass-Through Program Management

  • Manage and grow the Credit Connection portfolio of lenders
  • Lead and scale the Dealertrack & RouteOne Pass-Through programs across:
    • Existing CRIF clients
    • External pass-through partners
  • Coordinate cross-platform execution to ensure seamless integration and performance
  • Drive adoption and utilization of pass-through processing capabilities
  • Identify and execute on new partnership expansion opportunities, including revenue-share and referral programs
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance and key metrics

  • Strong understanding of lender/dealer ecosystems (Dealertrack and RouteOne experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience managing platform migrations, integrations, or multi-party programs
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
