Hatalom Corporation is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Marine Corps University (MCU), College of Distance Education and Training (CDET) Business Operations Office. This position provides business operations, financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement support toassistleadership with budget execution, resource management, and operational planning.This position is contingent upon award.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support CDET Business Operations with financial planning and execution activities.
  • Assistin preparing training and conference support packages.
  • Develop andmaintainthe annual budget phasing plan.
  • Track and report funding execution, including phasing, authorizations, commitments, obligations, expenses, and liquidations.
  • Create charts, dashboards, and reports illustrating planned versus actual spending.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Develop automated business solutions using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and Teams).
  • Prepare reports and briefings for leadership decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, budget execution, or business operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Active Secret (Tier 3) Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting the Department of Defense or Federal Government.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of DoD budget execution orfinancial managementprocesses.
