About the Role

Kennett Productions Inc. is seeking a dynamic Conference Production Assistant to join its team of professionals. This is a supporting role, working closely and collaboratively with internal leadership, colleagues, and external vendors and partners to ensure every element of the project is executed seamlessly, from early planning through post-project wrap up. This position is full-time, and available immediately.

What You’ll Do

Manage components of conference and event productions with a strong focus on end-to-end event registration management, including copywriting, calendaring, data management (reporting, manipulation, analysis, etc.), customer service communications and inbox management, and onsite registration oversight.

Beyond registration, you’ll work cross-functionally to support broader project management needs, including timeline & deliverable management, vendor outreach & coordination, and logistic support, as needed.

Note, this position requires frequent domestic travel.
