JOB DESCRIPTION
1. organize thematically coherent panels based on submitted abstracts
2. assist in marketing by writing and scheduling social-media posts, developing a conference logo, designing flyers and email newsletters, and liaising with peer institutions
3. assisting with logistics via booking rooms, coordinating catering and AV needs, managing on-site registration and overseeing signage and supplies.
4. filming and photographing the conference; compiling conference proceedings; creating program materials
5. producing a post-event report
