About the Role
Zenoti is expanding aggressively into the fitness market, and we're looking for a connector - someone who lives and breathes the fitness industry and knows how to turn relationships into revenue. This is not a closing role. You are the tip of the spear: building Zenoti's presence in the fitness community through events, networking, partnerships, and warm introductions that feed a high-performing sales team.
If you have a Rolodex full of gym owners, boutique studio operators, fitness franchise contacts, and industry insiders - and you know how to work a room - this role was built for you.
What You'll Do
Industry Networking & Relationship Building
Leverage your existing network and continuously build new relationships with independent gym operators, multi-location fitness brands, franchise groups, and key ecosystem players (equipment vendors, consultants, fitness associations). Be the face of Zenoti in the fitness community.
Local & Regional Event Activation
Identify, plan, and execute local events - roundtables, lunch-and-learns, gym owner meetups, and co-branded partner events - that bring qualified prospects into Zenoti's orbit. Own the event calendar from ideation to follow-up.
Industry Conference & Trade Show Presence
Represent Zenoti at key fitness industry events (IHRSA, Club Industry, Boutique Fitness Summit, etc.). Work the floor, set meetings, and ensure Zenoti is a recognizable and respected name in every room you enter.
Pipeline Generation
Convert relationships and event attendees into qualified opportunities. Hand off warm, well-documented leads to the Account Executive team with full context and deal-readiness notes. You're measured on pipeline created, not deals closed.
Partner & Channel Development
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with fitness equipment brands, POS providers, gym design firms, and fitness consultants who can refer Zenoti to their clients.
Market Intelligence
Stay close to what's happening in the fitness industry - who's growing, who's struggling, what operators care about - and feed those insights back to marketing and product.
What Success Looks Like
  • Consistent pipeline contribution: a monthly quota of qualified opportunities passed to AEs
  • Active local event calendar with measurable attendance and lead output
  • Growing network of fitness industry contacts that translates into warm introductions
  • Strong relationships with 2-3 strategic referral partners within the first 6 months

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in the fitness industry
  • Proven existing network of gym owners, studio operators, or fitness brand decision-makers
  • Track record of using relationships and events to generate business opportunities
  • Natural networker and connector - you're energized by meeting new people and building community
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to convey Zenoti's value clearly and compellingly
  • Organized and self-directed - able to manage a regional territory and events calendar independently
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and tracking pipeline activity
  • Willingness to travel regionally for events, conferences, and prospect meetings

Compensation & Benefits
  • Variable/bonus tied to qualified pipeline generated
  • Full benefits package
  • Conference and event budget

Why Zenoti
Zenoti powers over 30,000 businesses across salons, spas, and wellness - and we're bringing that same enterprise-grade platform to the fitness world. You'll be joining at the ground floor of a major market push, with the tools, brand, and product to back you up.
Zenoti Pay Range
$80,000-$95,000 USD
Zenoti provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
