Job Description

Are you a college student looking to make extra money while in school this year. The Business Development Account Manager (RezX) position is all about evangelizing, promoting and signing up small to mid size property managers, independent landlords and renters for Rezedent.com online tool suite. 

Rez X Duties:

  1. Farm and Hunt new Business Development of small, mid-size and independent landlords.

  2. Set up webinars, online demos, conference calls.

  3. Demo the tool to prospects

  4. Sign Up PM

  5. PM to Add Properties and make sure they are activated.

  6. Have PM complete Legal Entity and Merchant Account(s)

  7. Manage Units: upload and data entry of all resident emails, rents, late fees etc. A template is provided for larger unit properties.

  8. Maintain relationship with PM and make sure they are integrated into Customer Success team.

  9. Maintain Contacts in assigned Rezedent HubSpot account
