Your responsibilities as the Director of Partnerships & Revenue Strategy will include:
  • Developing and managing strategic referral, channel, and alliance partnerships.
  • Leading conference and industry event strategies to generate executive meetings and pipeline opportunities.
  • Driving complex deal structuring, pricing strategies, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Overseeing revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity progression.
  • Leading customer renewal strategies and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Establishing revenue operations processes, reporting, performance metrics, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Partnering closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams to achieve growth objectives.
  • Helping build, develop, and mentor future revenue team members.
  • Serving as a key member of the executive leadership team.

To thrive/succeed as the Director, Director of Partnerships & Revenue Strategy, you should have:
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in B2B SaaS sales, partnerships, revenue operations, business development, or commercial strategy.
  • Proven success managing complex consultative sales cycles and closing significant revenue opportunities.
  • Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Strong CRM platform experience, preferably HubSpot.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience building referral, channel, or alliance partner ecosystems preferred.
  • Experience serving associations, nonprofits, membership organizations, or government-affiliated entities preferred.
