License Required: Valid Class E or standard driver's license (Non-CDL)

Conexus Food is a leading distributor in the Asian food service industry, operating a nationwide network of warehouses, logistics, and transportation services to deliver reliable, high-quality products to our customers.
Position Overview
As a Box Truck Driver (Non-CDL), you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering products to customers throughout the St. Louis metro area using company box trucks. This role is critical to ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries while providing a professional and positive customer experience.
This is a hands-on role ideal for dependable drivers who are safety-focused, customer-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Operations
  • Safely operate company box trucks (non-CDL) for local deliveries
  • Complete daily delivery routes accurately and on time
  • Load and unload products using pallet jacks, dollies, and hand carts

Customer Service
  • Interact professionally with customers at delivery locations
  • Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, and address basic delivery questions
  • Escalate delivery issues or discrepancies promptly

Safety & Compliance
  • Follow DOT, company safety, and driving policies at all times
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Report vehicle maintenance or safety concerns immediately

Accuracy & Documentation
  • Confirm order accuracy prior to departure and at delivery
  • Maintain delivery logs, proof of delivery, and required paperwork
  • Use routing or delivery systems as required

Warehouse Support (as needed)
  • Assist with staging, loading, and organizing outbound orders
  • Support warehouse operations during downtime or peak periods
  • Valid non-CDL driver's license with clean driving record
  • Minimum 1-2 years of delivery driving experience preferred

Experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical delivery tasks
  • Strong time management and reliability
  • Comfortable working a 6-day work week
  • Food distribution or warehouse experience is a plus
