Duties
  • Prospect and cold call targeted shipper accounts daily
  • Qualify opportunities (volume, lanes, pain points, decision makers)
  • Set and hold zoom / in person meetings with shippers
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity tracking
  • Manage transition of account to AM'S
  • Meet weekly with Sales manager to discuss top prospects

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or business development roles.
  2. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels
  3. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  4. Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, telemarketing, or marketing campaigns is highly desirable
  5. Knowledge of CRM software, technical sales processes, and customer service principles
  6. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
  7. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and relationship management
