Temporary Concierge - Receptionist (Transitioning to PRN)
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Concierge - Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis during August and September.
As the first point of contact for our community, the Concierge - Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members. The ideal candidate will have a warm, professional demeanor and a genuine "Yes I Can" attitude, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of our senior living community.
Temporary Schedule:
  • Mondays & Fridays: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
These scheduled hours are anticipated to continue through the end of September and may be extended based on business needs.
Following the temporary assignment, this position will transition to a PRN (as-needed) role, providing opportunities to pick up additional shifts as they become available.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Enjoy building positive relationships and contributing to a supportive team environment.
