Job Description
What You Will Do
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism-be their trusted go-to from check-in to check-out
  • Recommend the best local dining, entertainment, shopping, and attractions-you're the insider they didn't know they needed
  • Assist with reservations, transportation, event tickets, and anything else guests may require
  • Help with guest mail, messages, and business center needs
  • Ensure the lobby and concierge area remain clean, organized, and inviting
  • Stay cool under pressure while resolving guest concerns with courtesy and care
  • Support a seamless experience by partnering with front desk, valet, bell staff, and other departments

What We Are Looking For
  • Customer service experience required - At least 6 months in a guest-facing role
  • Hospitality experience preferred - You understand how to deliver a 5-star experience
  • Excellent communication skills - You speak clearly, listen actively, and know how to tailor service to each guest
  • Local knowledge and curiosity - You love your city and enjoy helping others explore it
  • Physically ready - Able to stand/walk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
  • Driver's license - A valid license and clean driving record are required
  • Flexible availability - Days, nights, weekends, holidays-you're ready when guests need you
