$4,569 - $5,753 (based on qualifications and experience)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred

Related work experience
Serv Safe Certification recommended
Computer knowledge sufficient to do on-line ordering/maintain records

POSITION SUMMARY:

Ensures all aspects of concessions are maintained by planning, ordering, stocking, preparing, serving, recording, managing and evaluating; provides cashiering, accounting and customer service functions in concessions stand; and provides supervision of all concessions personnel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Pre-Event

Work with Activities Director in preparation of concessions menu
Plan, order, stock, prepare and display product
Establish and implement procedural checklists pertinent to maintaining concessions equipment, supplies and facility
Secure concessions event start-up money
Verify inventory of all equipment, supplies and product
Maintain adequate product inventory
Monitor product expiration dates
Maintain sanitary and secure work area






Event

Supervise/direct Concessions Helpers
Assist with replenishing food and operating equipment during concessions use times
Serve and/or assists customers
Calculate and collect cash sale of concessions items
Ensure cash/money bags are secure throughout event
Maintain all food temperatures during events
Operate/clean/maintain concessions equipment including cooking utensils
Operate/clean/maintain concessions area including coolers, counters, sinks, floors
Maintain a safe and clean environment in the concessions stand
Maintain sanitary and secure work area








Post-Event

Verify inventory of all equipment, supplies and product
Complete daily (end of event) concessions records
Compile daily (end of event) balance sheets
Reconcile sales and cash receipts; investigate and resolve discrepancies
Facilitate daily (end of event) money deposit
Operate/clean/maintain concessions equipment including cooking utensils
Operate/clean/maintain concessions area including coolers, counters, sinks, floors
Maintain a safe and clean environment in the concessions stand
Maintain sanitary and secure work area







Other duties as assigned
