This role typically requires good communication skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a focus on food safety and hygiene.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are standout soft skills for this role. These abilities are crucial to ensure efficient service, customer satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety standards in busy concession environments.

It's important to follow established procedures for food safety and cash handling, and to remain adaptable as menu items may run out or customer requests change quickly. Teamwork is essential, as assistants often rely on each other to restock supplies and keep operations running smoothly.
