The Role

The Concessions Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all Food and Beverage Operations as directed by the Senior Concessions Manager and the management team. This role's main focus will be maintaining the operations of the concession outlet and ensuring our team delivers world class service. The Concessions Supervisor position is responsible for supporting all concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations for Legends Global.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing and executing the daily concessions operations in the Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Ensure all product transactions procedures are documented and enforced via electronic payments using Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Set up and preparation of all assigned locations
  • Check in food deliveries and verify with warehouse team
  • Oversee and check opening and closing duties of the concessions staff in their assigned locations
  • Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory. Conduct physical audit of inventory and product, research and perform reconciliations.
  • Replenish, restock, maintain all food items and food related items as needed and/or directed by management
  • Prepare staff assignments and prep lists
  • Maintain a high level of sanitation awareness and conscientiousness.
  • Assist management with monthly inventories
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all concessions equipment and reporting any operating issues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all walk in and reach in refrigerator and freezers in compliance with local health code
  • Always conduct self in a professional, safe, and efficient manner.
  • Ability to follow directions precisely and consistently; maintenance of work area and proper food storage; opening and closing duties
  • Adheres to company guidelines and house rules, always exceeds guest expectations.
  • Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages and evaluate compliance within corporate procedures.
  • Ability to expedite food in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead and work to maintain the facility and all equipment to the highest standards ensuring Safety and Cleanliness
  • Work as a team with fellow associates in the both the FOH and the BOH
  • Ensure daily checklists are followed and completed by all concession workers.
  • Assist other supervisors in other related tasks and responsibilities as necessary.
  • Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.
  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

Compensation: $20.00 - 24.00 hourly

Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
