SUPPLEMENTAL POSITION
POSITION IS FOR THE 2026-2027 SEASON

Concession Inventory Manager

Position Summary

The Concession Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining concession inventory for Holmes High School athletic facilities, including football, baseball, softball, and basketball venues.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain adequate inventory levels of concession items, including beverages, snacks, candy, and related products.
  • Coordinate the ordering and restocking of concession supplies.
  • Work directly with Ms. Tina Stevens and the Athletic Department regarding inventory needs, ordering schedules, and supply management.
  • Maintain organized inventory records and assist with monitoring product usage and stock levels.
  • Ensure concession areas remain adequately supplied for athletic events and activities.

Position Clarification

The Concession Inventory Manager is not responsible for the day-to-day operation or staffing of concession stands during events. The primary responsibility of this position is inventory management, ordering, and ensuring that concession stands remain properly stocked throughout the athletic season.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain inventory records and manage supplies.
  • Dependable and able to communicate effectively with Athletic Department personnel.
  • Ability to lift and move concession supplies as needed.
