Job Summary

Our fast-growing and dynamic IT firm is seeking an experienced Computer Bench Repair Technician for immediate hire. This is a fast-paced, production-focused role centered on laptop and Chromebook hardware repair.

The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, works efficiently with high unit volume, and is comfortable meeting daily repair goals without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair laptop and Chromebook hardware issues
  • Replace components including screens, keyboards, batteries, hinges, and motherboards
  • Disassemble and reassemble systems efficiently and accurately
  • Process a high daily volume of repair units while maintaining quality standards
  • Document repairs and testing results
  • Maintain a clean and organized workbench
  • Work with team members to meet turnaround deadlines

Requirements

  • Prior hands-on laptop repair experience required
  • Experience with Chromebook repair strongly preferred
  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for a 7:00 AM start time
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
