What You'll Do
- Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit options
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
- Assist clients through the enrollment process and answer questions
- Maintain organized digital documentation and client records
- Participate in regular team development sessions and training
