AI Business Systems Analyst
The AI Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the complete lifecycle management of AI initiatives while serving as the critical integration architect connecting AI capabilities to core enterprise technology platforms. This role bridges AI strategy with operational execution, ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable business value and are seamlessly embedded within existing systems.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess submitted AI initiatives for measurable business value, strategic alignment, and feasibility; identify integration requirements with core platforms (Salesforce, FIT, RPA) during intake
  • Convert customer, associate, and SME input into structured AI workflow documentation and comprehensive requirements specifications; design data flow architecture aligned with existing processes
  • Manage AI initiatives from intake through implementation and post-deployment; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across IT, development, and CX to ensure operational embedding and adoption
  • Serve as primary integration architect designing data flow maps across Salesforce, FIT, and RPA; resolve friction points between AI capabilities and platform functionality
  • Perform comprehensive pre- and post-deployment testing to validate operational viability, data integrity, user readiness, and performance optimization
  • Track deployed AI capabilities post-launch for performance degradation; identify enhancements and coordinate improvements to maintain operational alignment
  • Establish scalable AI workflow documentation, integration standards, technical specifications, and operational frameworks to support knowledge continuity
  • Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business language; facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage multiple parallel projects with appropriate escalation

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; minimum 1-3 years in business analysis, systems integration, process improvement, or enterprise workflow systems
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CRM configuration and integration; working knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or equivalent); AI, automation, or digital transformation experience strongly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in process documentation, data flow mapping, requirements gathering, and business process modeling; strong ability to evaluate business cases, assess ROI, and translate requirements into technical specifications
