The Senior Business Systems Analyst - DT Physical Security partners closely with Legal and the internal IT - Digital Technology (DT) teams to translate business needs into effective, scalable technology solutions supporting physical security operations. This role serves as a key connector between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping drive clarity, alignment, and results across complex, integrated systems. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and the ability to influence decisions related to design, technology choices, and delivery timelines.
This role leverages project management and Six Sigma tools and methodologies, including journey maps, business personas, business processes, capability maps, and data-driven analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement

How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Legal and DT stakeholders to convert business requirements into functional specifications supporting Physical Security solutions
  • Support the development of goals and operational plans for physical security systems and processes
  • Ensure high availability, operational reliability, and business continuity for Physical Security systems
  • Lead moderate to significant improvements to processes, systems, or products within the scope of facility physical security
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and root-cause complex issues across multiple integrated systems and processes
  • Influence stakeholders outside of the immediate function on policies, practices, procedures, and technology decisions
  • Guide and support professionals across functions through structured problem-solving and analysis
  • Apply knowledge of DT processes and systems that support Legal and Physical Security organizations
  • Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem resolution capabilities
  • Work independently by setting action plans and priorities with minimal direction
  • Build alignment and consensus across IT teams and leadership
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal settings

What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Master's University Degree in computer science/engineering (or equivalent)
  • 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Proficiency in business systems analysis and systems integration
  • Experience with legal technology tools such as Emergency Notification systems, including Informacast and Singlewire Software
  • Familiarity with project management software
  • Understanding of data classifications, IT security, data privacy, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Experience delivering training and providing user support
  • 5 years of prior relevant project deployment experience
  • Previous experience leading a cross-functional project implementation of enterprise solutions

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience implementing and maintaining systems related to manufacturing plant physical security
