Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document software requirements from stakeholders and users.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications to guide development efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system goals and deliverables.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes.
  • Assist in the design and testing of software applications to ensure quality and performance.
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to collaborate with others throughout the organization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Well organized and attention to detail, willing to take initiative and learn, good time management skills, and ability to work independently
  • Entry-level experience in software development

Preferred Qualification

  • Major in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or similar technical degree
  • Experience with CX Sales, CRM, or similar customer relationship management platforms
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion configuration, maintenance, or implementation
  • Experience providing technical support for a cloud-based enterprise system
  • Experience with coding languages, Web Clients, and Web Services a plus
  • Experience with automated builds and deployment
  • Experience with unit testing technologies
  • Experience with database design and querying tools such as SQL
  • Experience with reporting tools
  • Basic understanding of systems analysis, design, and requirements gathering
  • Familiarity with business processes and IT Systems
  • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and support tasks
