About the Role

The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales cycle. The position includes answering inbound and outbound calls, creating and maintaining lead records, qualifying and connecting and scheduling prospects to Program Consultants for a consultation. Must be available on scheduled days and times. Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.


What You Will Do

  • Conducts high-volume of incoming calls and outbound calls through automatic dialer.
  • Perform detailed documentation maintenance for cross-functional teams.
  • Provides information to prospective clients and physicians.
  • Schedules appointments, meetings, conferences, and maintains calendars.
  • Ensures quality customer service during communications with various callers.
  • Performs research using the internet and other available resources to locate and compile information.
  • Uses various software applications, specifically Microsoft Office, to assemble and/or format data and reports.
  • Provides assistance with special projects as requested by his/her manager/director.
  • Assists with special events planning.
  • Participates in call critiques which include providing feedback for coworkers and receiving feedback from co-workers, instructors and managers.
  • Relies on protocol, established procedures and prior experience to make decisions based on the company’s best interest and to the benefit of Cenegenics partners, affiliates and clients.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job.
Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must be able to work in and adapt to a high-pressure stressful sales environment.
  • Must be able to work rotating weekends.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Database management.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish verbally and in writing.
  • Essential to have the ability to manage multiple tasks at a single time.

Requirements:

  • HS diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM.
  • Due to the nature of this position requiring constant phone interaction, when working remotely the employee must have a quiet work area free from distraction and extraneous noises.
