Job description

Neighborhood Health Centers of the Lehigh Valley is currently seeking an experienced nurse to fill our full-time Nursing Services Manager position. 

The Nursing Services Manager promotes the delivery of high-quality team-based patient care through a cross functional, interdisciplinary approach consistent with the concepts of Patient Centered Medical Home and all aspects of the Quadruple Aim. This role is responsible for leadership, support and guidance to all nursing and clinical support staff. The Nursing Services Manager will serve as a clinical resource for health center team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program; BSN required; MSN preferred.
  • Registered Nurse with current license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in nursing; two years in acute medical/surgical nursing with evidence of excellent clinical, leadership, communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Evidence of successful completion of BLS.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of and ability to work and engage with the uninsured, under-served and under-represented populations.
  • Must have computer skills (MS Office software package products, internet minimum).
  • Spanish and English bilingual preferred.
