Now Hiring: Convention Services Manager
Location: Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle, Fort Worth

Must have at least one year of experience as a Convention Services Manager.

Handle all details concerning catering, room setups, audiovisual needs, and billing instructions.

Communicate with all relevant departments to coordinate and monitor guest needs.

Document and organize detailed requirements of each function, including tracking group activity; input data into the computer system to generate account history reports.

Ensure organized cooperation by coordinating activities of various departments to service accounts.

Assign banquet/meeting room setups based on client needs (e.g., classroom, rounds).

Review banquet associates’ work to ensure accuracy.

Monitor in-house group activity and provide assistance as needed (e.g., exhibit setup).

Perform administrative duties relevant to account responsibilities in compliance with corporate guidelines.

Skills & Abilities

Strong organizational and detail-management skills.

Ability to coordinate multiple departments to meet client needs.

Proficient in documenting, tracking, and reporting group activities.

Competent in assigning and reviewing banquet/meeting room setups.

Capable of providing onsite support for group activities and events.

Skilled in performing administrative duties within corporate guidelines.

Language Development
