  • here’s an IMMEDIATE opening for a Client Services/Office Manager position at our rapidly growing Tax Planning Firm. This position primarily requires communicating with existing clients, as well as, potential clients and office administrative duties, such as: creating reports, preparing & filing clients’ documents, calendar management, CRM (data-base) management, etc. 
  • The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional, self-starter, highly organized and will preferably have work experience at either a Tax Office or at a Law Office, with communication skills and computer skills Required!

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Schedule and coordinate clients, staff and other meetings – Zoom, Teleconference, etc.
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
  • Write and edit documents: letters, reports and instructional documents
  • Coordinating agreement approvals, tracking documents and general document management, locating & updating contract related information, maintaining & producing status reports for various clients & projects.
  • Maintain cloud-based electronic filing system 
  • Create, Send, Receive documents electronically
  • Responsible for document retention practices according to the Firm’s documents retention policy.
  • Manage Leads & Clients on CRM Tools
  • Keep track of the Tasks - for self & the team
  • Assist with the development of processes to maximize efficiency.
