XTL Transport est actuellement à la recherche d’un (e) technicien(ne) réseau expérimenté(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe.
Horaire: lundi au vendredi – 40h/semaine; sur appel au besoin  
Responsabilités :
Sauvegarde du réseau et support de l’infrastructure
• Maintenir une connaissance pratique suffisante des réseaux LAN/WAN, de la commutation, du routage et des réseaux sans fil sur l’ensemble des sites
• Participer à la surveillance quotidienne des performances et de la disponibilité du réseau sur l’ensemble des sites XTL, en signalant les anomalies ou les pannes au responsable réseau
• Assurer les tâches liées à la connectivité WAN et à la sécurité périmétrique en coordination avec le prestataire de services réseau (MSP) de XTL, sous la direction du responsable réseau
• Maintenir une bonne maîtrise du déploiement « zero-trust » de Zscaler ZPA afin de résoudre les problèmes d’accès des utilisateurs XTL Transport Inc.
• Participer aux tâches liées aux réseaux physiques et sans fil dans les entrepôts et les bureaux, notamment le câblage, la configuration des ports de commutateurs et le dépannage des points d’accès
• Assurer la prise en charge des environnements virtuels via VMware et Hyper-V
• Surveiller, maintenir et tester les sauvegardes Veeam
• Tester et appliquer les mises à jour et correctifs système selon les instructions du responsable réseau
Assistance aux utilisateurs finaux
• Résoudre les tickets d’assistance de niveau 1 via Freshservice : problèmes liés au matériel, aux logiciels, à la connectivité et aux comptes
• Assister les utilisateurs finaux en leur proposant des solutions rapides et bien documentées • Participer aux processus informatiques d’intégration et de départ des collaborateurs • Gérer les comptes utilisateurs et l'attribution des droits d'accès
• Gérer les déploiements de postes de travail et de périphériques, la création d’images et les tâches liées au cycle de vie du matériel
• Assurer le support du parc de scanners Zebra, notamment la préparation des appareils, le dépannage, la coordination du cycle de vie et la gestion via MDM
• Transmettre les problèmes hors de son champ de compétence au personnel informatique senior en joignant des notes claires au ticket interne, comprenant le contexte pertinent et les tentatives de dépannage déjà effectuées avant la transmission
Qualifications et compétences Obligatoires
• Formation supérieure en informatique, ingénierie des réseaux, technologies de l’information ou dans une discipline connexe — ou expérience pratique équivalente
• 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en informatique avec une exposition significative aux infrastructures réseau
• Connaissances pratiques des concepts fondamentaux des réseaux : architecture LAN/WAN, VLAN, routage de base, configuration des commutateurs et dépannage Wi-Fi
• Connaissance de l’administration des pare-feu, des concepts d’accès réseau « zero-trust » ou, plus spécifiquement, de Zscaler ZPA
• Maîtrise de Microsoft 365 et de l’administration d’Entra ID / Azure AD
• Maîtrise des appareils MacOS et iOS ainsi que de leur administration
• Expérience pratique du support technique pour les postes de travail Windows 10/11 et du matériel d’entreprise courant
• Capacité avérée à travailler de manière autonome sur des tâches courantes liées au réseau et au support Atouts / Compétences souhaitées
• Expérience avec les systèmes IBM i (AS400)
• Connaissances pratiques de Microsoft Intune et d’Apple Business Manager
• Connaissance des systèmes de gestion des tickets ITSM (Freshservice, ServiceNow ou équivalent)

• Expérience dans un environnement opérationnel lié au transport, à la logistique ou impliquant une flotte importante

Join our team!
XTL Transport is currently looking for an experienced Network Technician to join our team.
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 40 hours/week; on-call as needed.
Network Backup & Infrastructure Support
• Maintaining sufficient working knowledge of LAN/WAN, switching, routing, and wireless networks across all sites
• Assist with day-to-day monitoring of network performance and availability across all XTL locations, escalating anomalies or outages to the Network Manager
• Support WAN connectivity and perimeter security tasks in coordination with XTL's network MSP, under Network Manager direction
• Maintain working familiarity with Zscaler ZPA zero-trust deployment to support user access issues • Assist with physical and wireless network tasks at warehouse and office locations, including cabling, switch port work, and access point troubleshooting
• Support virtual environments through VMware and Hyper-V • Monitor, maintain and test Veeam backups
• Test and apply system updates and patches as directed by the Network Manager XTL Transport Inc.
End-User Support
 • Resolve level 1 support tickets via Freshservice: hardware, software, connectivity, and account issues • Support end users with timely, well-documented resolutions
• Participate in onboarding/offboarding IT workflows
• Administer user accounts and access provisioning
• Manage workstation and peripheral deployments, imaging, and hardware lifecycle tasks
• Support Zebra scanner fleet hardware, including device readiness, troubleshooting, lifecycle coordination, and management through MDM
• Escalate issues outside scope to senior IT staff with clear internal ticket notes, including relevant context and troubleshooting already attempted before escalation
Qualifications & Skills Required
• Post-secondary education in computer science, network engineering, information technology, or a related discipline — or equivalent practical experience
• 3–5 years of IT experience with meaningful exposure to network infrastructure
• Working knowledge of core networking concepts: LAN/WAN architecture, VLANs, basic routing, switch configuration, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Exposure to firewall administration, zero-trust network access concepts, or Zscaler ZPA specifically
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID / Azure AD administration
• Proficiency with MacOS and iOS devices and administration
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 desktop support and common enterprise hardware
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine network and support tasks Preferred / Asset
• Experience with IBM (AS400) systems
• Working knowledge with Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems (Freshservice, ServiceNow, or equivalent)
• Exposure to EDR/MDR platforms for security event triage and escalation workflows
• Experience in a transportation, logistics, or fleet-intensive operating environment
• Exposure to EDI data processing and analysis • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; French an asset Certifications (Preferred)
