Au sein de votre equipe #OneTeam

  • Integrer l'equipe Network DC afin de couvrir l'ensemble des activites liees aux infrastructures reseaux des datacentres d'OVHcloud.

  • Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes terrain pour assurer le bon fonctionnement, le deploiement et l'evolution des solutions reseaux.

  • Agir en tant que referent Network DC en accompagnant les datacentres emergents (SYD, SGP, YYZ, MUM) et en participant activement aux projets d'integration, de migration et d'amelioration continue.

  • Supporter les equipes locales sur le terrain en binome avec les equipes Netfield Ops afin de resoudre les problematiques reseautiques et garantir les meilleures pratiques operationnelles.

  • Participer a la creation, la maintenance et la diffusion des standards et processus reseaux (cablage, optiques, alimentation electrique, documentation et urbanisation reseau).

Vos principales responsabilites

  • Organiser et planifier les deploiements des solutions reseaux dans les datacentres.

  • Assurer le support technique et resoudre les problematiques liees a la reseautique et aux infrastructures Network DC.

  • Participer aux projets d'integration, de migration et d'evolution des infrastructures reseaux.

  • Assurer le suivi des commandes et des equipements reseaux necessaires aux operations.

  • Maintenir et mettre a jour les fichiers d'urbanisation ainsi que la documentation reseau destinee aux differentes equipes.

  • Veiller au bon fonctionnement des equipements reseaux et garantir leur disponibilite.

  • Creer, maintenir et diffuser les bonnes pratiques et les processus operationnels lies aux environnements reseaux.

  • Accompagner les equipes locales et les datacentres emergents en tant que SPOC (Single Point Of Contact).

  • Participer aux sujets techniques hors scope et contribuer a l'amelioration continue des operations Network DC.

Votre futur impact

Dans 6 mois

  • Vous aurez pris en main les infrastructures et processus Network DC d'OVHcloud.

  • Vous participerez activement aux deploiements et au support des infrastructures reseaux dans plusieurs datacentres.

  • Vous serez en mesure d'assurer le suivi des operations quotidiennes et de collaborer efficacement avec les equipes locales et internationales.

Et dans 1 an

  • Vous serez autonome dans la gestion et le support des activites Network DC.

  • Vous serez devenu un referent technique capable d'accompagner les equipes sur les problematiques complexes de reseautique.

  • Vous contribuerez activement a l'optimisation des processus, a l'amelioration de la documentation et a la standardisation des bonnes pratiques reseaux.

Competences requises

  • Vous etes issu(e) d'une formation DEC/DEP en informatique et reseaux ou equivalent.

  • Vous possedez au moins 4 ans d'experience dans un poste similaire.

  • Vous detenez de solides connaissances en reseautique et infrastructures datacentres.

  • Vous faites preuve d'organisation, de rigueur et d'autonomie dans la gestion de vos activites.

  • Vous avez un excellent esprit d'equipe et un tres bon relationnel.

  • Vous etes curieux(se) et demontrez un interet marque pour les nouvelles technologies.

  • Vous possedez un bon esprit de synthese et savez prendre des initiatives.

  • Vous etes a l'aise en anglais, autant a l'ecrit qu'a l'oral.

  • Vous detenez une certification telle que CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Juniper ou toute autre certification pertinente dans le domaine des reseaux.
