Job Summary: As a Hardware Sales Associate you will inform and assist customers with the products and solutions they need for their home, yard, or business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in finding and learning about the products and services.
  • Generate sales of hardware, lawn and garden, paint, and related products.
  • Merchandise products and build compelling displays.
  • Order products and maintain accurate inventories.
  • Stock, price, and organize products.
  • Straighten, clean, and maintain a pleasant, organized, and enjoyable sales environment.
  • General knowledge of retail products and categories.
  • Ability to listen to a customer's needs and formulate appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to operate a register, computer, and calculator.
