Position Overview
ISPA Technology is seeking a Hardware Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware and peripheral equipment. This position is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who enjoys hands-on technical work and is looking to develop their career. The Hardware Technician works with desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other computer equipment to ensure systems remain operational and ready to support mission and business requirements.
What You Will Do
  • Install, configure, and replace desktop and laptop computer hardware.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware-related issues.
  • Install memory, hard drives, SSDs, and other computer components.
  • Image and deploy computers and peripheral devices.
  • Perform hardware upgrades and preventive maintenance.
  • Set up workstations, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and coordinate warranty repairs when necessary.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware assets and spare equipment.
  • Document repairs, installations, and equipment status.
