Job description

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges. JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS We are seeking software engineer with experience in C#/.NET desktop application development, specifically using WPF front-end to design, build, and maintain high-performance applications that handle large data sets to provide a polished, intuitive user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full application stack: data ingestion, processing, database, business logic, and user interface. The engineer will contribute to modernizing existing tools, improving application performance and build reusable UI-components. The ideal candidate is comfortable both working independently and collaborating with technical and non-technical users directly. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with C# and WPF, object-oriented design following SOLID design principles. Understanding of well-known design patterns is a plus. Experience with government, defense, engineering, aerospace, data analysis or scientific environments are a plus. Hands-on experience visualizing data using LightningCharts software a bonus.
