The Recording AcademyCreative Services teamis seeking an exemplary graphic design student for aFall 2026Internship.

Celebrating music through the GrammyAwards, the Recording Academycontinues its legacy as the premier national organization for honoring achievements in the recording arts and supporting the music community. As a membership organization, werepresentthe most talented music professionals in the world. Our members include recording artists, producers, engineers, attorneys, music supervisors, composers/arrangers, managers, agents, social media and record label executives, and many others.

Our paid Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for full-time college students (sophomores, juniors, or seniors) to gain on-site training in a variety of marketing communications projects including branded video content, advertising graphics, and social media graphics, in exchange for college credit.

Candidates should be energetic, hard-working, andaspiretoa career in the entertainment industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Internship duration is for a semester (12 weeksor equivalent).

  • Hours are part-time (20 hours a week).

  • The internwill work remotely during regular business hours. There will be occasional in-person meetings and events the intern may be asked to work.

  • The internwillrequirea personallaptop.

  • Assistwith the designfortheGrammyNominations live announcement and theGrammyAwards campaign for the fall session.

  • Prepare files for production and creatively implement branding across collateral, digital campaigns, banners, presentations, info graphics, and social media assets.

  • Closely collaborate with the Creative Services team.

  • Projects may includeassistancewith various marketing and media products, spanning video animations, advertising, web design, social media graphics, gifs, email newsletters, motion graphics, and evergreen content.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Currentlyenrolled in a college/university. One year of courseworktowards a degree in a related field is preferred.

  • Letter from schoolstatingthat intern will receive college credit for the Recording Academy internship.

  • Display an interest in music and commitment to a career in the recording industry.

  • Possess strong verbal,written,and analytical skills.

  • Be a sophomore, junior,senioror graduate student.

  • Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, PowerPoint, and Word. After Effects or AIproficiencyis abonus.

  • Brand-consistent: Strictly follows style guides, color palettes, and typography rules.

  • Process-driven:Maintainshigh quality under tight, fast-moving deadlines.

  • Workscollaboratively as well as independently.

  • Production knowledge

  • A desire to learn and gain experience while working in a team-oriented, high-profile environment

  • Ability to bring the unexpected to a project is a plus
