POSITION SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing initiatives across a portfolio of coffee and tea brands. This role offers hands-on experience in brand marketing, content creation, campaign execution, sales support, and marketing operations within a fast-paced consumer packaged goods environment.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and e-commerce channels.
  • Support social media content creation including captions, photography, short-form video, and graphics.
  • Help maintain content calendars and organize campaign deliverables.
  • Assist with community management and social media engagement.
  • Assist in creation and formatting of sales and marketing materials including sell sheets, presentations, POS materials, and promotional assets.
  • Support packaging updates, proofreading, and creative revisions.
  • Help maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and platforms.
  • Organize and maintain digital marketing assets including product photography, creative files, and project folders.
  • Assist with file management, image resizing, renaming, and preparation of assets for internal and external use.
  • Help track project timelines, organize requests, and support day-to-day department operations.
  • Assist with coordination of brand events, community activations, and sampling opportunities.
  • Support outreach and coordination with ambassadors, influencers, and external partners.
  • Help prepare event signage, materials, and promotional assets.
  • Maintain confidentiality of marketing information and adhere to internal controls, safety requirements, and other company policies.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other marketing-related duties as assigned to support the Marketing team.

Experience and Education:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed (within the last 12 months) a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.


Computer Skills:

  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media platforms.
