Position Overview

The Marketing Intern provides day-to-day support to the marketing team by assisting with graphics, written content, and updates to existing materials. This role focuses on editing and updating pre-built templates, implementing requested changes, and helping maintain organized marketing assets. The Marketing Intern works under the direction of the marketing staff and contributes to small tasks that support ongoing marketing efforts. 

Minimum Education and Experience
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Relevant coursework in graphic design, digital media, marketing, or writing.
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, or visual communications.
  • Willingness to learn internal processes and tools.

Skills and Abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere.
  • Ability to follow brand standards and directions closely.
Physical Requirements

Applicants must be physically capable and possess the skills necessary to perform all aspects of the position requirements, with reasonable accommodation. This position is primarily office-based, involves exposure to computer screens, and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Applicants must be able to lift up to 10 pounds. This position is sedentary work that primarily involves sitting and standing. Repeating motions may include the wrists, hands, and fingers.

Hybrid Office

This position is based in an ERO designated office with an option for a hybrid work schedule based on employee performance, business needs, and client needs.

Expected Compensation

The Marketing Intern range is $20-$28 per hour.
