About The Role Peraton is currently sourcing a Computer Network Operations professional with malware experience. Responsibilities for this computer science role includes: * Develop software programs that have network communications and the ability to persist across reboots
* Perform agile development, accurately estimate the time to complete tasks and respond to time-sensitive operational requirements
* Document software designs and explain the performance tradeoffs made.Understand how malware is detected by personal security products and/or network monitoring and evade such detection. * Develop and execute a comprehensive testing methodology for software products (e.g. unit tests, functional testing and integration testing)

Details Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
