Position Overview

As a WooCommerce Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the setup, maintenance, and optimization of our WooCommerce store on WordPress. You'll work closely with our Marketing team to ensure a seamless, functional, and accessible shopping experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in adding, editing, and organizing products in WooCommerce.
  • Manage product categories, descriptions, and visual assets.
  • Support troubleshooting of cart, checkout, and payment issues.
  • Help integrate plugins related to shipping, inventory, or booking.
  • Ensure the storefront is user-friendly, responsive, and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on product launches, promotions, or digital downloads.
  • Maintain product tags, stock levels, and order flow accuracy.
  • Assist with basic backend tasks related to WooCommerce and WordPress.
