Job description

BCUS is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Account Manager.  The Senior Account Manager in the Systems Division plays a pivotal role in managing high-value client relationships within the Oil & Gas, Energy Transition, Decarbonization, and Digitalization sectors. The ideal candidate must have experience in Technical Sales, Account Management, Relationship Management, a strong understanding of rotating/reciprocating equipment, and a proven ability to exceed performance targets.

Qualified candidates should possess the following combination of Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of B2B sales, including lead generation and territory management in Oil & Gas/Energy domain.
  • 3+ years of selling integrated products and services in a complex sales environment, in Oil & Gas/Energy domain.
  • Proven history of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of rotating equipment, preferably in compression equipment.
  • Good understanding of balance of plant equipment would be a plus.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing systems, automation, and integration technologies.
  • Good understanding of commercial terms and conditions.
  • Experience in aftermarket compression services would be a plus but not required.
