What You'll Do
As a Compression/Encapsulation Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in manufacturing high-quality pharmaceutical and vitamin products.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Operating and monitoring advanced tablet compression and capsule-filling equipment.
  • Setting up, loading, and unloading production machinery.
  • Performing equipment checks and monitoring product quality throughout production runs.
  • Troubleshooting basic machine issues and communicating opportunities for improvement.
  • Working closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency and performance.
  • Contributing to a culture of excellence, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Experience Levels
