Job description

Indotronix is seeking an :MP&P Technical  Analyst 2 (Composite Fabrication), Tukwila, WA 

Shifts: First, 6:30, if earlier, flexible - 3 PM
Is Clearance Required to Start?: No
OT/DOT expected?: possible OT opportunities
Associate degree

Key Responsibilities:
Perform manufacturing and fabrication tasks in accordance with detailed work instructions and engineering drawings. Support production activities including material preparation, assembly, and basic machining or testing processes. Read and interpret technical documents to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document work, track progress, and support reporting needs. Troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues independently. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and detailed work instructions.
Trade school training or currently pursuing technical education is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with prepreg lay-up, mechanical testing, assembly, and/or machining processes.

Education / Experience:
Education and experience are typically acquired through advanced education (such as an Associate degree) with 1 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (for example, a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of related work experience).
