Call Center Representative

Location: 2822 General Hudnell Dr., San Antonio, TX 78266 (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Information: Must be available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday

Job Summary:

We’re hiring an Onsite Call Center Representative in San Antonio, TX to provide high-quality customer service support in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, resolve inquiries, and deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls
  • Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates
  • Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
  • Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
