Legal Services
$19.00 per hour
Monday-Friday; Must Have Full Availability for Shifts
Remote
Contract – Start Date: July 2026

What You’ll Do:

  • Address caller inquiries with professionalism and route calls to the appropriate resource when needed
  • Research available resources to provide accurate, relevant information to callers
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the research team for further handling
  • Complete call logs accurately and perform administrative tasks as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • 1-2 years of call center experience is a must
  • Must provide your own equipment, minimum requirements are below:
    • 2 screens (laptop + monitor, desktop +2 monitors, etc.)
    • 1 headset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – you can explain information clearly and professionally across multiple channels
  • Dependable with a strong commitment to schedule adherence – this is a high-volume operation, and consistent attendance is essential
  • Effective active listening and problem-solving skills – callers may be confused or distressed and will need a patient, solutions-focused rep
  • Customer service orientation with a genuine focus on helping people
  • Comfortable working at a workstation for extended periods in a fast-paced, high-volume remote environment
  • Attention to detail when logging calls and processing information accurately
