  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Bachelors' Degree and at least 1-20 years of Customer specific experience
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in All-Source analysis
  • Experience writing IC-related documents
  • Experience and understanding of research, analysis and use of tools specific to the end customer is highly desirable
  • Experienced in creating, reading and processing all - source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, reports from all disciplines
  • Be able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally as well as in writing
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow-through and manage status reporting and scheduling
  • Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest
  • Direct Customer experience and tradecraft certifications
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment with the ability to handle stressful situations
  • Be very detail oriented, able to communicate details clearly and effectively verbally (daily communication and in presentations) as well as in writing
  • Experience in Intelligence Operations/Analysis/Support to Field Operations
