Product Manager, Emergency Care Canada

Join Stryker's Emergency Care team and help drive the strategy, growth, and commercialization of a portfolio serving healthcare providers across Canada. In this role, you will leverage customer insights, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to develop marketing strategies, launch products, and support portfolio performance in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Working closely with sales, clinical, finance, product development, and commercial leadership teams, you will lead key portfolio initiatives across the product lifecycle. This role requires a strong balance of strategic planning, market analysis, commercialization, forecasting, and customer engagement to support business objectives and portfolio growth. What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute portfolio marketing strategies, annual marketing plans, and product launch plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform portfolio strategy.
  • Lead customer segmentation, targeting, positioning, and value proposition development to support commercial growth and customer engagement.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools, training resources, and communication strategies that support portfolio objectives.
  • Establish and monitor product performance metrics, forecasts, budgets, and launch milestones; report results and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Develop pricing strategies, business cases, and commercialization plans using market, financial, and customer data.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare customers, industry organizations, and key opinion leaders to gather market feedback and identify emerging needs.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams while managing portfolio priorities, product launches, and strategic initiatives across the business.

What You Will Need

Required

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, portfolio management, product marketing, healthcare marketing, or commercialization.
  • Experience developing marketing strategies, commercial plans, or product launch plans.
  • Experience analyzing market data, customer insights, business performance metrics, and competitive information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with public speaking for small and large audiences.

Preferred

  • MBA.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare marketing, or healthcare sales.
  • Experience launching medical devices or healthcare products.
  • Experience with forecasting, pricing strategy, budgeting, and portfolio lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating with commercial, clinical, and product development teams.

Canada Pay Ranges:

  • Canada: $83,900 - $111,800 CAD Annual

Travel Percentage: 30%
